|Recommended: YesThe important parts are great — The worst part of this apartment are the people who live around you, and they are still pretty good One neighbor does not clean up after their dog who just poops on the concrete. Sometimes the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbor gaming. And other times you can't find a parking spot.
But the maintenance man is WONDERFUL, kind, and responses promptly whenever there is an issue. The front desk staff are understanding, patient, and know that this is where you live and want to make it a good place for you.
I would take having a good team working at the building over having to occasionally park outside the lot or being reminded that I live in a community of people who have their own idiosyncrasies. The in-unit washer and dryer are also a WONDERFUL bonus and I love how big the units are in comparison to others. I would definitely recommend living here
